Hi, I’m Breanna Crowell, LMFT. I help adults and couples in Knoxville, Tennessee (and via telehealth in Colorado) break free from the patterns, trauma, and attachment wounds holding them back. With advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and rooted in attachment theory, I offer a compassionate yet directive approach that leads to real, lasting change. I also incorporate parts work to help clients understand and heal the different parts of themselves.
Whether you’re struggling with relationship patterns, childhood wounds, anxiety, or trauma, you don’t have to stay stuck. Together, we get to the root of what’s keeping you from the freedom and connection you want.
